Flaska från kompis. Bärnstensfärgad vätska med cremefärgat skum. Lätt sädig inledning i doft. Sädighet återkommer i smak tillsammans med en svag karamellig antydan av sötma. Lätt fyllighet. Något spritig.

50 flip-top bottle @ home, bought @ Edeka, Kleve. Clear amber with a big off-white head. Light malty caramel aroma with some hops. Sweet light bitter taste with some earthen notes in the bitter finish. Near perfect kellerbier

$3.99 pint+ bottle, WW. Pours a hazy golden-brown with a very soft, creamy off-white head. Caramel, light smoke, earthy nose. Flavor is brown leaf, light caramel, light earth. Hint of bitter green something on the ass end. Enjoying more than I imagined.

Bottle. Amber color. Hints of malt and licorice in the aroma. Malty flavor with licorice and some hopbitterness. Tasty, clean, but lacks the farmhouse character of Kellerbiers from more rural breweries. Still a good beer. Tap: Gasthof zur Grüner Baum Staffelstein. Buttery, malty flavor with some hops. Too carbonated for a kellerbier.
