"This succulent premium ale has a wonderful blend of hops that give spicy and citrus fruit flavours leading into a dried fruit and biscuit malt finish. Twice a gold medal winner at the British Bottlers’ Institute Awards. Rich and malty as well as fruity and spicy. Nutty amber malt and biscuit pale malt together with crystal malt giving toffee/caramel notes. Fuggles and Styrian hops brings masses of tropical fruit and fragrant spiciness. Robust bitterness is balanced with the full body and mouth feel provided by the malt and the satisfyingly complex hoppiness."

Reddish amber clear beer. Semi dry palate. Nicley balanced toffeeish malt with a smooth but subdued hop counterbalance. Creamy malt in the finish and an aftertaste of fading hop.

Bottled (thanks to the craziest bartender in the world). Golden amber colour with mediumsized fluffy/foamy head that leaves some nice lace. Aroma is caramel malts, some mild toffee as well as mild oak wooden notes. Flavour is sweet caramel malts, some fudge, mild grass and even some kind of stingy sweetness, not exactly alcohol, but something kind of close to that kind of sweetness. Smooth palate.
