Lovely lighter amber color with a tall, off-white head; clear. Rich malt aroma, very fruity, dark fruits and cherries. Good cereal graininess. Very light hops. Very sweet, full rich grain, fruity, lots of cereal, strong alcohol, tangy, cherries and a touch of port. Balanced by light hops, alcohol, and a sourish tang. Very well balanced, though, even if it is very sweet. Rich and complex. Very nice indeed. Long-lasting finish of roasted amber grain, alcohol, and hops.

bottle, thank you MoritzF! Clear golden yellow, mid-iszed head. Bitter-sweet, malty and hoppy with a grassy touch. Quite quaffable for the strength.

Bottle thanks to sam at Stuffed Sandwiches. Perfect pairing for my pastrami. Pours a clear golden color with a sparse off-white head. Aroma is fruity with Bavarian wheat and alcohol. Brings me back to the times I went to Germany when I was a teenager. Taste is prunes, yeast alcohol and wheat. Nice and refreshing albeit a bit rich. Creamy mouthfeel and light bubbles. A good beer.

Clear yellow with a bit of amber thrown in holding up a small, white head. A little malt, a little earth, and a little skunky. I’ve gotta stop buying green bottled beers in Japan, they never make it in good shape. Flavor is some toasty malts, grass, sticky sweetness, and light hop bitterness. Decent.

Pours pale amber into a shaker. Bright white micro head recedes to hug rim. Peach and biscuit aromas. Thick, sweet carameled fruits upfront with a lasting hop finish.

Bottle. Pours dark straw w/ a foamy head. Sweet aroma, like honey, banana. Taste is also sweet with some of the same flavors. This is tasty, but not great.
