Can from supermarket, France. Clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with lots of booze. 230714

Can, consumed at Nic and Anna’s leaving party, Merton, Oxon, Saturday 12th July 2014 Warm golden colour with a white head, clear as a bell. A strong but smooth beer, yes it is probably a bit too sweet a tad metallic and a bit grainy but I was expecting little else from this tramp juice. Not great but I’ve had a lot worse. Bottle at Craig’s. Pours clear dark yellow gold with little to no head. Aromas are nail varnish remover, not much else. Taste is strong and malty sweet. Oily texture. Finishes sweet. Compared to the pissy lagers we had alongside, not bad.

50 cl. can @ home, bought @ Traverse, Utrecht. Old yellow with a white head. Sweet aroma with some citrus. Cloyingly sweet with a very noticable alcohol burn. Faint hop aroma but the sweet alcoholic aftertaste ruins anything enjoyable in this beer. Why would anyone buy and drink this repeatedly? It’s too bad to be tasty an too expensive (€3,30) to get drunk on.

Alcohol burn evident (obviously!) on fist taste. Poured from a .5l can into lager glass. Nice cloudy color, with one/two finger foamy head. Aroma smells lile a Belgian blonde, but taste gives away the strength. Sweet and citrusy with astringent finish. Good night, Irene!

Lovely amber colour with an off white head. Sweet alcoholic aroma. I do what the point will trying to explain the taste. Horror in a can.

Golden beer with a fast disappearing white head. Aroma is malty with notes of cereal, caramel and alcohol. Flavor is malty with notes of nuts, cheese, bananas and alcohol.
