Adding on my 300 Beers To Try ticks because, hey, I drank 'em. From beers of Europe?

Really round smooth creamy body for the style. I’m getting some oxidation, but i think the underlying beer is unique and good. Very neutral and body forward and drinkable. Online saveur bier

75cl bottle shared with Eric in Eecke. Pours a generally clear gold, good white head. Aroma brings caramel malt to your attention, continuing nicely on the palate with a pleasant honeyed blond character, rounded by some light grain. Ok biere du Nord.

On tap at La Capsule, Lille. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Phenolic yeasty, bready, sweet malts. Spicy flavour, phenolic, some gingerbread. Caramely and sugary malts. Very light oxidation. Spicy finish, like a fruit brandy, peppery. Light body, soft carbonation, moderately lasting finish. Round and soft. Nice drinkability and balance. Properly done.

Bouteille(750ml): Golden, almost clear, visible carbonation, small but stable foamy layer, moderate sweetish grainy-dusty nose with a mild fruity touch; mild to moderate sweet flavour with a well hidden bitterness underneath, medium bodied, not overly soft; slightly drier and a tad more bitter grainy and mildly honeyish finish. Well crafted, strong, not demanding...

Flesje gedronken tijdens vakantie in Frankrijk. Helder bier met weinig schuim, gele iets bleke kleur. Aroma is moutig maar heeft ook van een hooiberg. De smaak is fruitig en zoetig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

250 ml from tap @ La capsule, Lille. Unclear golden, foamy head. A lot of pineapple, honey, grapes, oat, banana. Fruity dry bitterness and sweetness. Medium bodied, soft carbonated, watery texture, light dry finish. Nice.
