Tap at la capsule. Pours clear blonde, small white head. Smell is bit malty, creamy, mild hoppy note ( hidden ) very mild phenolic sidenote. Taste is tad bitter, aromatic creamy pale maltyness, very bready, hidden caramel touch. Very well made malty BDG, not as sweet as other examples i've had.

F: big, white, good retention. C: deep gold, clear. A: malty, caramel, bit fruity, herbal, gooseberry, esters. T: malty, caramel, grassy, bit vaguely fruity, bit bready, bit spicy, medium body, low to medium carbonation, for this French beer style actually not bad, yes it is somehow sweet but I used to for this kind of beers, enjoyed, 75cl bottle from Cora Woluwe-Saint-Lambert in Brussels.

Golden colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have light malt sweetness. A little bitterness from hop and yeast. Well balanced.

Clear golden blond. Earthy, hoppy aroma. Flavour has initial sweet malt but backed up with a light fresh hoppiness. Strong peppery flavour in the finish and aftertaste.

Bottle picked up from L’Eclerc supermarket, Cherbourg, Normandy, consumed at home cooking Fish Soup, Saturday 24th June 2017. Golden with a very slight haze. Some sweet cereal but then there is a slightly off vinegar edge to this just noticeable on the nose and ever so slightly more so in the mouth, it’s not much and I could persevere but I suspect a slight (only slight) infection, shame really asking it looked like it might be an interesting beer. Bottle at RBWG Grand Tasting. Pours a clear yellow with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat, spice, grass. Medium body, wheat, dough, pepper, metallic finish, ok.

Bottle shared at home. Almost clear golden with white head. Flowery, fresh milk, honey, raw grains, spicy yeast, Szechuan pepper, tea. Very aromatic almost perfumy. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with soft but present carbonation. Interesting.

04/04/2015 - sample of a 75cl bottle shared by a coleague. Clear blonde with nice white head. Nice carbonation. Grainy, a bit spices, a bit sweetness, a bit dusty. All a bit thin.

No sé.
