330 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a big, stable white head. Medium strong aroma of fruit and mild spices like coriander and oregano. Flavor is quite sweet pale malt, fruity, light spicy, white sugar and low bitterness. Alcohol is quite well hidden. Medium body and aftertaste. Drinkable but pretty straight forward.

Klares goldgelbes Bier, hohe Karbonisation, viel weißer Schaum. Geruch säuerlich fruchtig, hefig, Essig. Geschmack sehr säueerlich, Kraut, Essig, kaum malzig, gar nicht mein Fall.

Clear medium amber colour, tiny bubbles, one finger frothy white head, mostly lasting, recedes eventually to a thin yeasty layer, good lacing. Aroma, yeast, dough, peach, lemon, apricot, lemon grass, herbal notes. Mild taste, medium sweet and bitter, spicy; medium body, oily to creamy texture, tingly mouthfeel, average carbonation. Finish mild dry bitter, slightly sweet, herbal notes, citrus, wee bit soapy, overall a very good beer, very refreshing too.

Bottle shared with Bruce and Colin - picked up at Kasteelhof (I think). Pours clear gold with a moderate, white foam head. Sugary bread on the nose with hints of floral hops. Big sweet flavor with ripe orange and other citrus, heavy bread, faint floral and straw bitterness. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Mild warmth on the finish with some syrupy sweetness, more floral bitterness, hay, cereal. Simple and sweet.
