50 cl bottle @ Salhojankadun Pub. Rated on 02.06.2011
Aroma is somewhat hoppy with flowery notes, some toffee, caramel and hints of honey. Flavour is somewhat malty with caramel, flowery notes, hops and some toffee. Rather typical British IPA.

Cask at the Basketmakers Arms in Brighton, on 2nd January 2012. Amber with hardly any head and no lacing. Caramel, malt and alcohols in aroma. Sweet in-mouth with hoppiness undercutting this sweetness. Grassiness late on before a bittersweet aftertaste develops. Medium to full body, and light carbonation.

Bottled, 0.5l. Pours cloudy amber colour with medium sized frothy, long-lasting head, fizzy carbonation and some yeast residue. Hops and citruses prevail in the aroma, while flowers were also noted. Sour fruity and malty start is followed by long pleasantly bitter finish and aftertaste. Medium bodied, dry texture and lively carbonation in palate. Excellent!

Bottled, 0.5l. Pours pale amber with large frothy white head and lively carbonation. Aroma of citrus and grassy hops. Refreshing fruity taste with traces of grapefruit, rich mouthfeel and distinctive hoppy aftertaste. Full bodied with thick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Always worth of pouring another one...

Hab nélkül. Nagyon kesernyés. Szinte rézszínű. Van benne valami gyógyszeresség is, meg egy kis szúrosság mint a twisted thistle-ben. Nagyon száraz és komlós. Ez még egy hophead-et is megvisel.

Bottle courtesy of Slothez. Amber pour with minimal off white head. Insipid caramel malt/hop nose. The hops really didn’t sing on the palate as they should. Lifeless bitterness. Just about drinkable but pretty uninspiring and forgettable fayre.

Bottle sample at a Fuller’s tasting at Porter & Sons. As "Fuller’s India Pale Ale" (bottle conditioned). Deep golden with a white head. Aroma of floral hops with some malt and light fruitiness. Flavor has a bit of slightly biscuity malt, and finishes bitter and hoppy with flowers, earth and light citric notes. Medium-bodied. Nice 7/3/7/3/14=3.4

At a tasting, thanks mom and dad, smallish head, quite clear reddish orange colour, aroma of citrus, honey, tropical fruits and a touch of flowers and spiciness, medium empathic bitterness, flavour of citrus and bready maltiness, balanced bitter sweetish aftertaste. Excellent and satisfying.

Bottle @ home. Golden blond color. Not much head. Aroma’s of fresh hops, grain/malt, hop-aromatic. Mild bitter flavor, that enhances towards the finish, but the bitterness remains subtle.

From a 500ml bottle on 1/11/2011. Pours a slightly cloudy golden with a small head which disappears quickly. Has a moderate malty fruity, aroma. Flavour wise, it’s very malty, with some strong citrus fruit notes, which is finished off by a good dose of hops. All up, a well put together English IPA.
