The "Project" serie represents the beers brewed on our 200l pilot system allowing us to experience new recipes.
With this West Coast Project, we wanted to go back to a more citrusy, bitter Indian Pale Ale we used to brew. It is hopped with Citra, Cascade, Amarillo, Chinook and Simcoe.
