Bottle 33cl. Hazy brown colour with light beige head of medium persistence. Aroma is strong caramel, brown sugar and yeasty. Flavour is fruity, caramel, sweet, burnt sugar, where brown fruits are also present. Long and persistent sweet final. Carbonation is lively. Body is medium to high.

Bottle at KØ-2011. Amber colour with a beige head. aroma is caramel, malt, alcohol. Flavour is caramel, sugar, malt, alcohol, belgian yeast, spices. OK beer.

Bottle at Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Clear dark brownish-red color, beige head. Smell malts, slight roastyness somehow. Taste caramel and sweet. Nice mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours muddy brown. Tan head. Nose/taste of caramel, toffee, cinnamon, nutmeg and mixed nuts. Well balanced. Medium body.

About 100ml poured from a bottle at Ølfestival København 2011. Thin ring around the rim of the glass, nice and clear, dark amber body. Malt-fruity nose. Brittle caramel flavour added by spicy hops. Oily palate. Pleasant (Copenhagen, 28.05.2011).

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Buiscuit, grain, caramel and a bit of butter, Medium bodied.
