Poured from the tap. Clear light gold with minimal white head. Champagne effervescence with medium sweet apple. Not bad.

On tap at EtOH, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of champagne-like effervescence, with crisp apple skins. Flavour is gently sweet, with lots of champagne-like effervescence and medium sweet apples. The sweetness is higher than it seems but the high carbonation cuts down on the residual sweetness feeling. Tasty by unremarkable.
