Selectively blended, this mixed culture wild ale was fermented and aged in oak barrels for fifteen months prior to naturally conditioning in the bottle. It’s dry, bright and funky with subtle Brett notes. Lemon, pineapple and citrus pith are present, and it’s all supported by tasteful oak undertones resulting from months spent in wine barrels.
