Cloudy amber pour, small white head. Aroma right off the bat is vinegar, and some citrus rind with some lactic sourness with hints if stone fruit, and basil. Mouth feel is OK, carb is quite low, almost flat. Finish is slightly sour, I’d say more tart than sour. The lactic sourness fades into more of a citrus juice, and vinegar mix of tartness with hints of lemon rind and grapefruit pith. Kudos for trying some off the wall stuff, but it needs work.
