A full well-laced pure white head over a very pale yellow gold body. The nose is biscuit malt and grain with some honey sweetness. Classic German malt and yeast combination with light citrus hops and added spice. A nice dab of clear honey in there too. Refreshing new world take on style.

Draft at Beertiwn in Toronto. Medium gold pour. Creamy white cap. Great lacing. Bright citrus aroma hints at lime zest. Flavor is more sweet citrus with an accent on lime. Grassy hops on backend. Tasty and refreshing.

Grassy with some light fruit notes, surprisingly dry for a kölsch.

Can from the LCBO. lightly hazy pale gold, tiny short lived white head, spotty lace. Nose is bready, grape, grass, green apple. Light+ grape and honey sweetness with a light+ grassy hop bitterness and a very light pepper. Mouth is medium- and oily with average carbonation and a crisp finish. 7/3/7-/3+/14

Can: Poured a clear yellow color Kolsch with a nice frothy white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of buttery notes with some cereal and light floral notes. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes, some buttery notes with a smooth floral finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable and super drinkable beer but maybe a touch too buttery for my personal taste.

Pours a hazy light golden colour with a small white cap, average stay and some little lace. Smells a little hoppier for the style, but eventually the grainy German cereal notes come out. The flavours a definitely stronger in hops with the grain lingering in the finish. Some citrus notes, mild herbal hints, even burnt grain. Not sure for the style, as has more of an unfiltered American Pale Ale feel with parts of a Saison.
