Great body for the style. Crystal clear and bright, full flavour and strong, the alcohol gives a pleasant warmth, tastes like a strong belgian saison with some nice earth funk. Online beerwulf bottle

30cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of moderate sweet grainy malt, pale malt, hints of honey. Taste of sweet pale malt, moderate strong malt, honey, straw, low bitterness.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een goudgeel bier met een dunne schuimkraag. Het heeft een wat kruidige en honing achtige geur en een kruidige smaak.

Bottle at home. Maybe I poured it a bit too cold, but... almost no head, disappointing taste. Good amber color, but there are flakes in.

dark golden to bright amber colour, practically no head at all; aroma of linden honey, grains and some herbal notes; taste is practically the same - like a mixture of a malty lager and some dozens of teaspoons of honey...far sweeter than tolerable and still somehow great to drink...maybe it’s just because of my low-carb diet :-)

Clear medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma roasted malts, caramel, brown sugar. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, some dark fruit, rye bread, with long duration. Aftertaste sweetbitter, earthy notes, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, a solid strong ale.

30 cl bottle, best before 01.2016. The beer starts malty, fruity. Great aroma of Plums and burned sugar. Just at the boarder of being too sweet - but according to the label no sugar is added! Nice smooth and easy to drink. The body is malty, dark-sweet without being roasty. The aftertaste is dense, liquorice, brown sugar, plums, other fresh dark fruit, slightly bitter and warming in the mouth. Toffee, caramel, plums, probably cherries, great mouthfeel. And still fresh-refreshing. Absolutely fantastic for this style! 15/12/15/15
