Clear golden with tiny off-white head. Yeast, peach, mango, something earthy/funky, lots of honey takes over after it’s been in the glass a while. Taste is honey sweet with slightly bitter finish. Quite unusual beer, I like it, but it is better when it’s cold

Another ’meh’ beer from Budels. It’s somethink like an alcoholic strong blond/bock beer. Not very good.

Clear amber colour, off-white dissipating head. Aroma of malts, perfume, over-ripe fruits, pear. Sweet malty flavour, light fruity. Short finish, there is sort of a pause, and then a bit of lingering pear comes up.

Copper colour. Aroma has a fructose sweetness. Flavour is malty but has a floral edge to it. Overall it’s a sweet one.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 22 Feb 2013) Amber colour with huge, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of dried fruit, citrus peel and orange marmalade. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, orange marmalade and a fairly sweet finish with a gentle floral bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain malt sweetness. A bit sweet, but quite nice.

Gold/Yellow beer. Bit hoppy. Nice and firm body. Nothing really special at all, but nice to drink once.
