330ml bottle at home from trade with Erzengel, many thanks. BB 30.07.2015, ABV according to label 5.8%. amber hazy color, medium big off-white head. smells fruity, light red currant notes, some sweetness, light grass and pine notes, citric notes. light to medium body, very soft carbonation, slick full mouthfeel. tastes of grass, pines, citric notes, light grapefruity, light sweetness, some herbs. finishes with nice and refreshing light to medium herbal and grass bitter notes. smell is OK but did not fully convince me, but the taste is quite nice, overall very nice refreshing beer.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Erzengel for this bottle. 5.8%. Amber. Hoppy aroma of overripe fruits. Flavor of bitterish fruity hops. Medium-bodied.

Bottle thanks to Erzengel. Slight hazy Amber with short lasting cream colored head. Light grapefruit and tangerine up front, light spices, chalky, light toast, fresh brown bread. Light sweet with long lasting light bitter finish, again a bit powdery or chalky. Medium bodied, slight watery feel. Decent beer, but the aroma is quite light.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one. Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts wonderful hoppy-flowery, fine grasy notes. Bitter background, not too intense. Fruity notes of lemon. Finish well balanced, dry-hoppy. Quite drinkable. A good one!

330ml bottle [5.8% abv]. Cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, miniomally lacing, off-white head. Citrusy, hoppy aroma, some grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime, a sweaty resin touch, minimally sugary, caramel malty background. Taste is slightly bitter hoppy, slightly grassy, minimally citrusy fruity, more explicit fruity notes of red and blue berries, some flat bitter, old school German Pilsener hop notes as well. [As far as I can remember, the berry notes of their IPA have been more convincing, although they are predominant here as well. If I consider the name ("First IPA") and suspect that mine isn’t the freshest example, I’d advance the conjecture them both are brews of one and the same recipe.]

Many thanks for this bottle to Erzengel. Pours an amber color, not much head. Mild hop aroma. Dry fruity hop flavour.

Bottle from trade with Erzengel, many thanks Gabriel! Leicht trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer geringen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig, fruchtig, kräftig malzig, leicht harzig. Geschmack fruchtig malzig, sehr hopfig, reifes Obst, hopfig bitter auch im Abgang, ganz ok!

Floral and fresh nose. The beer starts floral-intense, slightly sweetish but the sweetness fits in well. The mainpart is smooth, hints of malt, for me a bit too sweet with a great floral pine/resin-like hop profile. A smooth and not too intense bitterness is there, on the tongue remains this bitter and resin-like nice floral hop aroma. For a German IPA this one is very nice!

11/9/9/11/11/11
