From the edeka, Endingen am Kaiserstuhl, august 2024, best before 05/25, opening this bottle two days ago, at Epalinges, wet day and basic and correct dortmunder rather than a pils, malty, smooth, bready, regular bitterness for the style.

# 3553; 4/2023. Malty, floral aroma. Brilliant gold body; white head. Malty, corny, light floral, hay. Sour finish. Worse helles. 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Tübingen (Swabia, Germany).

Kloster Spezial von der Klosterbrauerei GmbH, Metzingen; Flasche von Edeka, Salmünster. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase breiteres, stumpf-brotiges helles Malz und schwache, leicht muffige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk stumpf und blechern hellmalzig, schwach chlorig, mit leichter Zitrusfrucht und einem Anflug von Scheuerpulver. Durchschnittlich rezent, trocken und hart - weit entfernt von dem vollen Mundgefühl eines richtigen Export. Im Abgang stumpfe, matte Bittere. Leicht ranziger Nachgeschmack. - Lieblos gebrautes Billigbier, das an keiner Stelle zum Weitertrinken einlädt. (11.11.2020.)

Malty, peachy aroma. Malty flavor in which I can find peach and hops. Peach in the flavor, hops in the aftertaste. Hazelnuts. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Geel bier met schuim. Smaak is redelijk bitter hoppig en is niet zoet. Aardig bier om gewoon op een avond wat te drinken, niet echt bijzonder.

500ml bottle, as Kloster Spezial Export: BBD 2nd Oct 17. Drank at home on 14th June 17 after a bit of gardening. Clear and bright golden body, fast fading white crown. Not much aroma, light hop esters at best, mild grains alongside. Taste is refreshing and leaning towards the sweet end of the style, mini-hop bitterness in the finish. Just what I needed after the labour I had exerted on the garden.
