Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Dark amber color, average sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, moderate to heavy sweet, a hint of caramel and some brown sugar, finishing with a decent bitterness. Hmm, a bit weird or my hayfever allergy is fucking with my sense of smell and taste. Decent beer though. Subtle barrel aging notes are indeed present.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy dark amber colour with a small off-white head. Smells slightly boozy, sweet, slightly glue. Tastes sweet, kookpudding, slightly boozy, raisins, baverois. It’s not bad of you like the things I describe in the taste. I don’t like them though. Medium to full body, soft carbo.

Bottle at oak aged festival. Reddish brown with small off white head. Very spicy and herbal with cloves, vanilla, curry, mustard seeds. Sugary with lots of bitter hops. Medium bodied. Don’t get much rum here, weird but interesting beer.
