Frydenlund Pale Ale has a beautiful reddish copper colour and an airy golden foam. The aroma is characterised by citrus, resin, caramel and straw. The taste is hoppy with a light caramel sweetness and a mild bitterness.

Bottle at Super Hero Burger, Trondheim. A classic case of a decent enough pale ale scaled up so much that the metal seeps in. Okay for price.

On tap at Scandic Seilet, Molde. Dark golden with a small white head. Light with malt, light hops and some fruit. Drinkable but nothing special. The views from the bar were far more spectacular than this beer.
