Avantage aux malts lors de sa dégustation, elle laisse le soin aux houblons de donner une pointe d’amertume sans trop de longueur ni âcreté et ainsi assurer un rôle très désaltérant.

Bottle, nose of grain with malt and a tiny hop note; bubbled golden color with a medium, bubbly, glass-lacing head; flavor of sweet spicy malt with a small hop finish. A pretty decent Pilsner from Belgium.

Bottled (BB 04/2007). Golden color, small white head. Sweet corn and papery aroma. Sweetish malty, some harsh notes in the finish. Foamy mouthfeel. Not really hoppy for being "pilsener" here, more or less ordinary pale lager.

[Draft at ZBF 2004] A golden beer with a fine dense head. The aroma is sweet hoppy and malty. The flavor is thin malty - very pilsner like. Nothing special.

(draught) Very light-straw, just a rim of white (?) head. I can smell some grain. Probably from a grainfield just out of town. Seriously , just slightly malty as for hops... Sweetish version of "herb" pils. Actually keeping this unfiltered might do this a wealth of good. Now its's... "fade", the Walloon would say. Light mouthfeel, just about OK. Boring pilsener. Could do better - certainly this brewery.

Classic pils, with a nice hop aroma, but unsignificant flavour and palate...
