11.2oz bottle from Lee’s discount liquor
Appearance: Crystal clear red/amber with a medium sized pink head and good lacing
Aroma: Sweet ripe cherries
Taste: Ripe cherries, yeasty with a mild bitterness in the finish
Decent, would have liked some tartness to balance out the sweet.

250 ml bottle bought at systembolaget. Deep red colour with a pink head. Sweet and yeasty taste with a rich cherry flavour. Smells like you have a cherry inside your nose. Lots of carbonaton.

250 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours deep red with a pink head that dissipates while leaving a great amount of trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and yeasty with cherries, spices and grapes. Cherry smell is a bit artificial. Taste is sweet, slightly sour and rather dry. It’s dominated by cherries and sour cherries. A bit one-dimensional but still quite OK.

Insane cherry nose, pie filling sweetness with a vanilla creme impression.Clear garnet, thick pink head, good lacing. Jolly rancher cherry flavor, more sweet than tart. More alcopop than lambic, drinks young. A tad cloying. Tasty, but the least beery of all the Timmermans I’ve had.

25 cl bottle from Systembolaget. Clear, red/dark pink liquid with small pink head. Aroma is sweet with notes of cherries, dr pepper, sweets. Feels artificial. Taste is sweet, light sourness and no bitterness. Light bodied with high carbonation. Feels artificial and is too sweet. I like my krieks sour and real.

Absolut bättre än den vanliga krieken. Mer riktig körsbärsarom och smak. Syrlig, svag smak av metall och den strama körsbärssaften. Men trots det i sötaste laget.

0.25l bottle courtesy of InBreak. This is a cloudy reddish beer with a small pinkish bubbly and sidesticking head. Aroma is really cherry-syrup (almost like the red sauce you have on rice-cream) sweet with strong almond notes and hints of some herbal mynth. Has a mild oily to sticky mouthfeeling, soft carbonation and medium-bodied. Nice cherry flavors, some hints of lime and perhaps even some thin thin wood hidden in the background. It's light sweet but perfectly balanced with just the correct amount of sour. A really kind, easy and relaxing kriek that's nicely balanced.

A strong cherry taste, and quite a bit heavier than most lambics. Nice one.
