This is the result of our cooperation with the traditional Tokaj wine producer Tokaj Macik Winery. This semi-dark IPA of golden color is unfiltered, so the yeast turbidity is natural. The body of beer is comprised of barley, wheat, and caramel malt. The aromas are dominated by tones of young wine and grapefruit, which emphasizes its fruity character. The Tokaj civets that are reflected in the taste make it exceptional. It has very mild bitterness and delivers a unique experience.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Slightly unclear medium amber colour, fair frothy off-white head, dissipating slowly, fair lacing. Fruity aroma, pale malts, apricot, white grapes, cape gooseberry, lychee, straw, grassy hops. Smooth dry taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, white wine notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry bittersweet aftertaste, grain, husky and earthy notes, well-balanced, would call this a grape ale and certainly not a bad one, very nice.

Flaska från drinkonline.eu drucken med ölföreningen. Mer lik en brittisk IPA än en amerikansk trots vad som står på etiketten. Ok kropp, ängshö och blommor, snäll beska. Trevlig trots att tobaken lyser med sin frånvaro

Bottle from Drinkshop.sk. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, light grapes and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 020422

--Bottled, from drinkskop.sk-- Clear golden, small head. Citrusy nose with slight grapes. Dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citrus and bread, slight dry white wine. Long bitter finish.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Colaboration with Tokaj Macik Winery. A wiec wino w piwie lub odwrotnie. Dobra wspolpraca producenta (rzemieslniczego) wina z poldnia Slowacji. Mala piana, ale lepi się na szkle, jasna zlota barwa z lekka metnoscia. Piwo pachnie cytrusami i zielonym gronem. W smaku wytrawne chmielne, mało slodowe choć wyczuwa się lekka slodkosc powiedzmy polwytrawnego białego wina. Fajne.

Flaske 330ml spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham og Rune i H7 - “Slovak Session” - 7 Des 17. Aprikosfarget. Litt uklar. Filmskum. Lett fruktaroma. Smaken balansert. Lett tørr fruktig ettersmak.

330ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Hazy dark golden body, low white head, spotty lacing. Dry, mid-sweet malty nose, hints of dried fruits. Blended taste profile of bread and dried fruits followed by a decent bittersweet tail, slightly cloying palate. Satisfying. (Slovak Session with djoeye and Finn, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 07.12.2017).
