Bottle courtesy of Hansen. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Rye notes? Deffinetly some different malts than usually. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. OIly palate.

06/03 0.5 l fliptop bottle. It poured murky brown body with medium sized head. Crude weizen aroma, some orange and banana but also roasted malt and some grainy notes. Flavor is sweetish, mostly caramel and bready malt, cocoa and little bit of orange, not in weizen way this time. Medium bodied, with longer sweet biscuit/bready finish spiced up with that same orange from the flavor. Smells almost like German weizen, but taste is notably different, making it an interesting beer, which I liked.

Bottle from the Bio Shop near Brauhaus Lemke (H.Markt) I reckon. Poured a murky, almost opaque brown body with a medium, slightly off white head. Soft malty nose, some chocolate?, Nice. Nice and simple taste, chocolate (more like cocoa powder) again, some dust. Malty and slightly roasty. A good, solid specialty grain.

The bottle looks very simple. The beer in the glass is darkbown, fine turbid, very creamy head. Starts malty-yeasty, like a good dunkelweizen, also roasty notes in the background. Fine spicy-wheaty. Soft and well balanced finish. Interesting!

Muddy looking brew. Kind of buttery on the nose. Flat, lame and a bit buttery on the palate. I notice no unique emmer character and no particularly "historisches" character either. Yikes. For all the fun stuff they put in this beer, no fun comes out of the bottle.

0,5lt Swing Top Bottle. Hazy MAhoganny color with a medium creamy head. Sweet malt aroma with lots of caramel and some fruity notes. Bready malt taste with spices and caramel. The only downside is the very light body. Low bitterness and low carbonation. Very nice, better than expected
