decent for a style I dont usually prefer. Smells of bread yeast with some light banana. Pours hazy blond, no head or lacing. Taste has light bitterness, light sourness. Pretty low carbonation. Medium consistency. On tap at No One Writes to the Colonel.

(printemps 2006)

draft - Pours hazy straw color and has an aroma of wheat and heavy yeast. The flavor is of sweet wheat malt, yeast, and coriander. It’s refreshing and overall a good wit beer.

650mL bottle, split with Matts_Property, pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma o wheat, yeast, citrus and orange tang. Flavour is quite muted - citrus, orange peel, banana, clove and wheat. Nothing really stands out though it's decent.

An unclear yellow beer with a fine small white head. The aroma is fresh with notes of wheat, yeast, and coriander, while the also is fresh, with primary notes of wheat and citrus - especially lemon. The end is dry. A lovely thirst quencher after 4 hours of walking in Montreal in the summer heat.
