Bottle: Poured a black color stout with a large brown foamy head with good retention and some minor lacing. Aroma of coffee and black chocolate is quite dominant with quite a bit of dry roasted malt notes. Taste is also dominated by coffee and black chocolates notes with strong carbonation which makes me feel like I am drinking a coffee infused Coke. Body is too thin for style with carbonation way too aggressive. The fact that most of the bottle ended up in the drain provides a good overview of my appreciation of this beer.

Bouteille 500ml. De couleur noire et opaque. Nez de grains de malt rôtis, léger de chocolat noir avec quelques traces de caramel, de café et de houblon herbeux. Plutôt mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture légèrement crémeuse. Goût de malt rôti dès l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute progressivement un moyen-léger goût de chocolat noir ainsi que des traces de caramel doux puis en finale l’on retrouve des notes de café avec des traces de houblon herbeux. Post-goût moyen et aux petites notes sèches, légèrement amer de rôti, léger de chocolat noir avec des traces de café et de houblon herbeux.
