750 ml bottle thanks to ekstedt !Shared with deft and ekstedt on June 8, 2009Bottled 2006Label states "Sidre" instead of "Sydre" and also marks it at 7% ABVClear pale golden color, small white head. Acidic, dry, sulfur scent. Acidic, dry, gypsum taste. Smoke, faint sausage aftertaste. Dry mouthfeel, harsh seed bitterness. Made some funny faces when trying the taste of this one...

orange very small bubbly head. very nice apple aroma, complemented by a sour apple note. not much citrus or vineagre. flavor is apple, sort of bitter, the usual sour or acid notes are replaced by a bitter note.

Bottled. A dark amber cider with just a whiff of off beige head. The asroma is very sweet with strong notes of over ripe apples and hints of acidity. The flavor is sweet with a tart metalic note and some over ripe apples. The is body is very thin and the mouthfeel flat. I’d hoped for much more.

2005 Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small off-white head that goes quick. Aroma of band-aid and Normandy cider funk with a touch of sweetness. Taste is dry, really dry, with a bit of bitter apple and corkiness... Fizzy mouthfeel dry.

Pungent rubber and vinegar smell. dark gold and sparkling. Rubber and bandaid taste dominates everything. This was terrible.
