12 oz can. Clear yellow gold pour with a big sudsy white head that soon fades away. The aroma is mild with some spicy noble hops and cereal grains. The taste is grass and floral. The palate is thin and crisp with lively carbonation. Finishes short and clean. Overall: meh

Can. Light golden body with a short, frothy head. Light aroma of toasted grain, herbs, grass. Taste starts lightly to moderately sweet and finishes lightly to moderately bitter. Thin body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Not a lot going on here, but it's crisp enough and fairly clean.

12 oz. can purchased in Frisco, Colorado. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a large rocky white head and excellent retention. Decent lacing. Lots of carbonation. Sharp Pilsen malt aroma. Bright Pilsen malt flavor with light bitterness and a medium sharp finish. Good classic pilsner. 5.3 ABV.

Taster at the brewery - clear gold - very dry, crisp, savor Pils, with strongly floral and grassy hops - the hops are bright, fresh, peppery, vibrant - slight minerality - was just at Bierstadt and this Pils is just as good as theirs, if not better.
