Bottle shared at the beach at Port-Kennet, during peche-a-pied huitre borrel. (Eating wild oysters!) Pours yellow golden apple juice with some transparent bubbles. Soft sweet saucey apples, red and yellow. Soft farmhousey notes and almondy tannins. Almond spice and a hint of marzipan. Moderate sweet and bitter.
