Draft. Cloudy deep golden body with a frothy white head, diminishing. Aroma of floral hops, caramel, herbs, light citrus. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. The IPA starts sweet and just when you think this is way too sweet for an IPA, the Columbus bitterness kicks in. Feels rich, almost fluffy, in the mouth. But it works. Enjoyable.
