A traditional harvest saison brewed with un-malted barley and wheat. Tangy and dry finishing, with a smooth mouth feel. Mandarina Bavaria and Lemondrop hops imparted an aroma of lemon zest, which mingle with the pear and citrus yeast flavor.

Draft. Cloudy yellow body with a white head. Aroma of spice, clove, soap, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Tastes like a wit beer, a thickly-textured wit beer. Clove and spice and some banana. Clunky.
