A dark braggot made in collaboration with Misbeehavin' Meads soon to open their doors right here in Valparaiso. This 12% ABV braggot is a blend of imperial stout and oak aged buckwheat mead. It showcases a complex array of aromas and flavors including cocoa, toasted raisin bread, coffee, oak, vanilla, and spice. This is an eccentric and rare beer style for Northwest Indiana, a must have.

Bottle. Deep brown body with a short, fizzy tan head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of cherry, raisin, honey. The flavor is heavily sweet and lightly acidic. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly acidic. Medium body, velvety texture, soft carbonation. Taste of plum, raisin, overripe cherry, fermented fruit, light barnyard, alcohol.
