Draft. Deep amber body with a frothy, off-white head, fully diminishing. Aroma of bread, grass, soy sauce, earthiness. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Taste of dusty grain, wort and hint of soy sauce. Not enjoyable.

Pint at the brewery - hazy dark amber - smells and tastes like american strong ale meets saison - strong, sweet caramel.maltiness and some toasty dark bread make.the focus here the malt rather than the yeast, which somewhat squashed here - it shows up at the end as light.esters and moderate spicy.phenolics - some.tangy tropical.acidity - alcohol is pretty evident in the finish - not one of their best.
