On tap @ 12 Degree. Pours a clear yellow appearance with a white head. Wild flowers, potpourri, light pepper, orange blossom honey aroma. A touch sweet and the mouth feel is just a bit gooey. Fairly herbal, grassy flavor. White pepper, dandelion, tropical fruit, and honey flavor. Finishes pretty dry. Pretty clean and not too hard to drink. Not perfect but pretty good.

Draft. Slightly hazy golden body. Frothy, white head, diminishing. Aroma of herbs, clove, lemon, toasted grain, floral hops. Hint of cobweb, grass, pepper. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter and lightly acidic. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Dry finish with some tartness. No characteristic overwhelms any other (except for the yeast which comes out a hair on top) giving the impression of a delicate beer. Highly refreshing.

Tap at the brewery - hazy gold pour - at first, this seems a bit sweeter than what I enjoy in the style, but as I get through the first few sips, the loveliness of this beer presents itself to me - it’s sweet, sure, but there is plenty of balancing complexity - juicy citric and floral/herbal hop notes, tangy lemon oil, and complex earthy and spicy phenolics gradually swell up on the palate - finishes lightly tangy, crisp, and quenching - light muskiness as it warms - balanced and highly enjoyable.
