On tap @ 12 Degree. Jesus, this appears to be a CO homer of the mouth club nominee. Let’s see. Pours a clear golden orange appearance with a white head. Banana, white pepper, toasted malt, citrus, and honey in the nose. A touch sweet. Some bubblegum. Light smoke. Banana, apple, and orange flavor. Finishes a bit sweet. A bit boozy. Pretty good but I’m not sure this is equal to Allagash Tripel or some other American versions. Good though.

Draft. Hazy, light golden body. White head. Aroma of toasted grain, dough, lemon, pepper, alcohol. Light mustiness. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium to full body, watery/creamy texture, lively carbonation. Taste of musty yeast, spice, herbs, floral hops, sweet malts. Light peppery alcohol in the finish, but not so much as to distract from the flavors. So much better balanced than many other tripels, especially those American made.
