Draft. Deep brown with reddish highlights. Tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, nuts. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Lingering bitterness. Taste of coffee and roast.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a dark reddish cola with an ecru head. Roasted malt nose. Coffee, hay and toasted nut flavors. Bitter finish.
