12oz bottle as Hattori Hanzo. 5.2%. Filtered orange-tan body. Thin, glass-lacing, steady head. Bright and clean in some ways, mostly filtration. Still has a hefty, classical malt depth. In no way a Session IPA, hope that changes by the time you read this. Lemongrass and dill is a pretty accurate description of the hop flavors, some NW pine in there too. Pretty good beer.

Keg at the brewery as Hattori Hanzo. Golden, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pale malt, dill, lemongrass. Taste is pale malt, citrus, lime, resin, lemongrass. Medium bodied, bright. Nice. 14.3k and Illinois #200! Which means I have exactly 14.1k non-Illinois ticks.

Draft. Clear golden body. Fizzy white head. Aroma of lemongrass, toasted grain, raw grain, lemon peel. Notes of grass and citrus. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Earthy, grassy hop flavor. Husky malts in the background. Average.
