Draft only. True to style, this Hefeweizen is light bodied and golden yellow colored with a slight wheat haze. Easy drinking with tons of clove and banana aroma and flavor, malt-forward with some hop bitterness.

Draft. Light golden, hazy body. Frothy, white head, rapidly diminishing. Light aroma of clove and banana and raw grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly tangy. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Simple and homebrew like. Not a lot of flavor and what’s there is interrupted by a raw graininess.
