The last time our brewers used fresh hop flowers it was for our 20th birthday collaboration brew, Back to the Brewer. With hop harvest season in full swing, we got thinking about what our birthday brew would have been like with even more hop flowers. So we sent our brewers back in time with more than double the amount of fresh Australian Cascade hop flowers and they’ve returned with a very worthy sequel.

APPEARANCE:
Hazy and golden.
AROMA:
Citrus and resinous hop aroma.
FLAVOUR:
Medium bodied with light malt sweetness and moderate hop bitterness.
