This cider is 100% Pink Lady apples. Originally bred in Australia, and in need of 200+ growing days, the Pink Lady is notoriously the last apple we harvest every year. Usually in the snow! Despite it's late harvest, Pink Lady is summer in a glass. Mad with our family's Certified Organic fruit.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2022 vintage; 8.5% abv). Mostly clear pale blonde gold, big pop, slight gush on opening, large but very quickly dissipating white head. Dry-ish effervescence with a very feintly sweet pink lady skin.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse funk and crisp apple skins. Flavour brings out bone dry, crisp apple skins and farmhouse funk. Bone dry, funky and complex. Wonderful yeast character and dry funkiness. Excellent.

Pours with good foam and very intense carbonation in a pale straw body. The aroma is soft sweet apple, subtle, tannins, apple seed. Flavour is a wonderfully dry apple, sweet but slightly bitter, skin notes, candied husk. Effervescent and light, wonderful.
