An unfiltered lager is called a Kellerbier or "beer from the cellar" in German. This unfiltered lager was dry-hopped and bolstered with lime juice, giving it strong Key Lime flavour.

Medium gold body and okay foam, sweet lime and good grain on the nose. Flavour is tart lime, soft grain, vague sweet hops. A little wet but otherwise okay.
