440ml can. Dark ruby red to black colour and a discouraging thin pour for a stout. Small off-white head and some retention. Aroma is more promising as you have a multi layer of chocolate aromas, dark, milk and Belgium chocolate truffles, big nose of vanilla but not overpowering with the level of choc. Taste unfortunately starts off very thin and bland but then then the chocolate layers build up to a flavoursome finish which leave a nice aftertaste also. Body is obviously too light although the carbonation has a good fizz to give a different mouthfeel. I don't know if the adjuncts were expensive so they tried to make a light version? Either way it doesn't quite work, although potentially a premium version of this at a higher ABV could be one hell of a treat.
