Imperial Torrija is a double brown ale full of flavor aimed at honoring a classic sweet pastry from the long history of Spain: La Torrija. Marron oscuro con espuma de color beige de escasa duración. Aroma a maltas tostadas, melaza, caramelo. Sabor ligeramente dulce, caramelo tostado, algo de frutos secos, buena presencia alcohólica en boca con algo de amargor residual al final del trago manteniendo las notas acarameladas. Ligereza de cuerpo al final.
