Trübe gelb orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, fruchtiger, würziger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, würzig, fruchtig mit Banane und Citrus. Hohe Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Very hazy yellow colour, white foam. Lots of banana, some citrus, light sweet, estery. Very smooth and easy drinkable Hefeweizen.

500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of fresh banana, some pear, a touch of banana milk shake, a spicy touch of clove, coriander. Taste is slightly sweet, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally leafy hoppy, minimally diluted hints of banana, some pear, a yeasty spicy touch of coriander, black pepper, clove, a lemon dash, whiffs of mandarine and orange. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, harmonious, mild, quite a manifold of yeasty flavours - good!

Bottle from Appellation Wines, cheers Ash! Pours light hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Strong banana and clove aromas. Taste has a bit of dough, more banana and light spice. Light sweet finish.

Bottle in the sun at home, 30th May 2021. Pours a golden colour, nice fizz and the typical large white frothy head. Aroma is banana, clove and spice, with yeast. Taste is spicy, banana and clove, yeast and light floral citrus. Very nice wheat one
