Do you like conspiracy the same way as we are obsessed with it? When you translate the beer name from Catalan, you will most likely have smth like “the most classified secret out of all”. That is the motto behind the mystery of how Zagovor from Moscow and Garage from Barcelona found out the sum and substance of juicy ales.
People say that there is a key secret to do the NE IPA but there is no. We took three different oats, malt for sure, Galaxy, Motueka and Mosaic lupulin powder and newly selected yeast strain. We’ve double dry hopped it later and solved the secret in the meantime.
