Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some oak and Brett with light vinous notes is quite enticing. Taste is a great mix of tart notes with some oak and Brett notes with light vinous notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable saison but maybe not as complex as I had expected.

Bottle @ Forstadsfamilieshare. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aromas of citrus, sweet esters, oak, vinous, lemony, juicy tropical notes. Taste has lots of esters, tropical fruits, sweet oaky vinous notes, lemony, lightly acetic.

Bottle shared. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of funk, mineral notes, wood, vinous notes and citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at Linh’s birthday. Thanks to kermis! Unclear yellow with white head. Soft old grain, hay, grasses and weeds, citrussy, lemony, lovely complexity. Moderate sweet and bitter, light sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared for Linh’s birthday, thank so to kermis. Bit hazy golden with white head. Fresh white grapes, light yeast, crisp wheat, lemon, milky, light herbal, gooseberry yoghurt, oats, soft tart lactic notes and citrus. Almost medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Medium bodied.
