Caña en Cimmeria 09..11.. 2018. (r05). Color rosáceo velado con espuma blanca persistente fina. Sabores frescos con buena dosis de frutas rojas y del bosque. Cuerpo ligero a medio, bien de carbonatacion, refrescante, ligeramente cítrica. Buena.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 27/10/2018 at "Mash Beer Festival 2018", Barcelona (Spain). Cloudy strawberry colour with a slightly white head with low retention. Aroma is currant, red berries, yeast and some sugar. Taste is the same with a strong presence of strawberry and yeast with a slightly acidic finish. Light sour aftertaste. Next one please!

Cloudy pinky color, white head, short retention. Aroma has notes of red fruits, light yeasty. Flavor with a decent sourness, red fruits, perhaps strawberries and berries. Sourish final, milky mouthfel.
