Can from Gedeelde Vreugde. Hazy red, quickly thinning, pink head. Aroma of reaspberry coulis, sour cream, fresh yoghurt, wheat, redcurrant, unripe strawberry. Taste has sour raspberry & reducrrant in a lactic-wheaty body, bit yoghurty sweet. Tart, fruity finish, sweet-sour raspberry returning as well as a sidenote of sourdough & wheat. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Rather straightforward but good.
