There Gose The Seawater Pipe is part of our first ever collaboration with a non-beer producer. Saltverk is an Icelandic salt producer.
They produce salt on a completely sustainable basis, and supplying the best restaurants all over the world. They only use geothermal power.

Once in a while, they have to replace the pipe that supplies salty water from the sea. So sometimes There Gose The Seawater Pipe.

For this beer, we brewed a stronger gose than normal, in order to highlight the other flavors in the beer. We then used Arctic Thyme Salt, fresh arctic thyme, (supplied by Saltverk) along with several kilos of hand-peeled lemon skins, prepared by the chefs at Brus' kitchen.

330 ml can from To Øl Gold Club. Pours unclear golden, big foamy head. A lot of lemon, tangerine, lime, grapefruit, a bit sea salt, lavender, mint, orange lemonade. Dry sourness, slightly salty. Light bodied, oily milky texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Very crisp and refreshing Gose. Nice one!
