Once in a while, they have to replace the pipe that supplies salty water from the sea. So sometimes There Gose The Seawater Pipe.
For this beer, we brewed a stronger gose than normal, in order to highlight the other flavors in the beer. We then used Arctic Thyme Salt, fresh arctic thyme, (supplied by Saltverk) along with several kilos of hand-peeled lemon skins, prepared by the chefs at Brus' kitchen.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, borostyán szín. Citrusos, enyhén sós, jelzés értékűen fűszeres illat. Savanykás, citromos, sós ízek, enyhén fűszeres aromával. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, alig kesernyés. Kellemes, kifejezetten frissítő sör.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some salt water, mild earthy tones with some quite dusty elements as well. Flavour is citrus, some slight floral, mild salty and some earthy elements to it.

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, medium transparent, with Aroma is citrus, with lemon and yuzu. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium sour, with moderate sapidity. Final is fairly dry.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Lemony thyme aroma. Tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Lemon and salt, spicy thyme. No bitterness.

33 cl can from To øl beer club. Slightly hazy pale golden colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, citrus peel and a spiced note. Taste is sour. Medium body. Tart fruity finish with lemon peel. Salty flavours- large crystals.
